Q: Do I need a waiver?
Everyone going in the water will need a waiver to participate. Please fill it out online before coming to the park. The waiver can be found on our home page. Participants 18 and older can sign for themselves. Participants 17 and younger will need the waiver filled out by their legal guardian.
Q: Do I need to make a reservation?
YES WE REQUIRE ADVANCED RESERVATIONS. PLEASE MAKE ALL RESERVATIONS ON OUR WEBSITE!
Q: I am a beginner, what are my options for learning?
We have a few different options for beginners. We would recommend attending learn to ride or summer camp, or signing up for a private lesson. All of those options can be found under our activities tab. If none of those choices work for you, you can also learn during our open riding times. Your cable pass will get you access to our beginner lake as long as it is available.
Q: How old do my kids need to be?
Seven years old for wakeboarding
Q: What do I need to bring?
We have rental life jackets, wetsuits, helmets, wakeboards, kneeboards and wakeskates, so you do not need your own, but you are welcome to bring what you have. Other than that, just bring what you would bring to a swimming pool.
Q: What happens if it rains?
We do not stop the cable for rain. If we see lightning in the area, we will stop running the cable until 30 minutes after the lightning passes. If you would like to stay and wait out the storm, your pass will be extended to account for lost time. If you need to leave and you have used less than half of your time, we will write you a gift card to come back any time this season. If you have used more than half of your time, we consider your pass used.
Q: Can I have a refund?
We do not do cash refunds for any reason.
Q: Can we bring a cooler and snacks?
You may bring your own food and drinks, but we ask that you do not bring any glass containers. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited, even for those of legal age.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
We do not allow pets at the park, so please leave them at home.
