KC Watersports Sales/Marketing Internship

KC Watersports is looking for a sales/marketing intern for the 2012 summer season.  Come work hand in hand with the biggest names in Wakeboarding!  This is a full time academic internship during the summer semester, from the middle of May through the middle of August.  The intern will gain knowledge through a hands on experience working on a variety of marketing and sales practices.    

Objectives:

•   Learn firsthand how to successfully market a business and increase sales
•   Gain valuable experience in a rapidly growing industry
•   Work with some of the biggest names in the industry
•   Experience a great work environment

Intern Responsibilities

Work with owners to increase sales & overall exposure

• Social Networking updates
• Creating newsletters
• Create & distribute marketing literature
• Customer Relations
• Plus other day to day responsibilities

The student is required to earn credit for their internship through their academic unit.  The student must consult their academic advisor or the intern coordinator at their academic unit to obtain credit for the internship.  KC Watersports will provide any supporting material necessary to help facilitate this process.  There is no pay for this position (except, of course, for the invaluable experience and contacts)

KC Watersports Photography & Video Internship

KC Watersports is looking for a Photography & Video intern for the 2012 summer season.  Come work hand in hand with the biggest names in Wakeboarding!  This is a full time academic internship during the summer semester, from the middle of May through the middle of August.  The intern will gain experience in capturing photos and videos and editing them into usable material 

Objectives:

• Create photos and videos weekly for distribution on a national level
• Gain valuable experience in a rapidly growing industry
• Work with some of the biggest names in the industry
• Experience a great work environment
• Assist in the constant updating of media material

Intern Responsibilities

• Work with owners to increase media presence
• Social Networking updates
• Create & distribute marketing literature
• Customer Relations
• Assist with cataloging, organizing, and submission of photos and videos
• Plus many other day to day responsibilities
