Terms & Conditions

All Riders must have a complete Wavier Signed before they can ride
If rider is under 18 it must be signed by a Parent or Guardian at the Park or must be notorized
All Passes are only good for time purchased
Passes are not refundable once purchased
Passes are not transferable
Passes are valid for only person
All Riders must adhere to all posted rules & directions of park staff

The Cable will shut down in the event or pending event of lightning, heavy rain, severe wind or any other situation that may present a hazard
It is the decision of the Cable Manager when such events exist that require the closure of the cable
Rain Checks will only be provided to pass holders who have over half of their time remaining
We will do our best to update our Website and Facebook pages in the event of a shut down

Each Pass holder must have a signed Wavier for the 2012 Season
Each Pass holder must register in Pro Shop every visit
Valid for All Public Sessions in the 2012 Season
Pass is Valid for only one person
Any misuse of the pass will result in pass being revoked
The season begins April 1st and concludes on October 30th, park operations may be limited in April, May, September, and October
Hours of operation will be posted on our website
All private sessions will be posted on the website at least 24 hours prior to the event
The pass does not include any entry fees into tournaments or competitions
Pass holders must follow all park rules and instruction from KC Watersports staff, failing to may result in suspension or termination of pass
